I'm not sure about FUP, but version 2.1 of my ANSI system is at either:
  ftp://ftp.mcs.net/mcsnet.users/darkowl/ANSI
  http://www.mcs.net/~darkowl/ftp/ANSI/index.html or
  ftp://darkowl.pr.mcs.net/pub/ANSI (between 7 and 9 PM CST)

And BTW, no, 2.2 is not done yet, I keep putting it off but I promise I'll
get around to finishing it sooner or later :)
