$article_utils:verb_or_property

I've seen some moo's where apparently $article_utils is part of the core 
and :verb_or_property is owned by a wizard. 
The verbcode is almost the same as in $code_utils:verb_or_property, but
WITHOUT the set_task_perms(). In lambda-moo, article_utils is owned by
a normal programmer, I guess that's why. Not too smart of him, 
since people can now simply take control over him and his objects. 
But when the verb is wiz-owned, things could get a little worse... 

I guess checking your moo for it won't be such a bad idea.
