HMMM..... About what I expected.....

NEWCORE has the USER level just about the way you describe it here,
but the Other things would have to be worked on. (one of the reasons
I want to go modular, is that there is no reason why you couldn't
impliment the different levels of Auxiliary effects as Modules added
onto your basic User Logon Level. Then if you are doing an RPG, you
could add in the RPG specific stuff, but if you were dong a research
MOO, you could have "LAB ASSISTANTS" doing tasks for you, and be
monitoring them instead of playing a game.

In either case you might want the ability to swap in or out a module from
time to time. (Even Scientists have fun).
