ACK! PAVEL HELP!!!

I tried reproducing the bug, and it worked, but now it's spamming me with 
this:

There is absolutely no change in this... I disconnected, but when I 
reconnect, at the login prompt, BEFORE I log in, it's still spamming me 
with this!!!
