[SERVER] restarting 1.7.9 (opps)

I've just been informed as to the nature of my problem with the server.
Has to do with MPL 1.4 and a bug in call_notififer:

the h->listener in the function call_notifier needs to be changed to
h ? h->listener : SYSTEM_OBJECT
